Return and Refund Policy

Physical products (booklets, CD albums) You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. You can submit your return request via your account or by contacting us at info@thewhitearrow.org.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital products (MP3 downloads, PDF songbooks/chordbooks) Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. By purchasing a digital product and accepting access before the withdrawal period has expired, you confirm that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
